Recognition of mortgage:
1. Current NCHU Students
→ Register for summer courses through the Summer Session program
→ Download the “Inter-University / Summer Course Enrollment Application Form (Taking Courses at Another University)” from the Academic Affairs Office (Course Division) of National Chung Hsing University:

→ Credits will only be recognized as General Education credits after the paper application form has been approved. Grades will be recorded in the 114-2 semester (students must be enrolled in 114-2).
→ Please complete the paper application by June 30 to allow for unified submission to the Summer Session for official stamping.
→ During enrollment, a maximum of 4 General Education credits from inter-university courses can be recognized.
2. Incoming Freshmen (New Students)
→ Register for summer courses through the Summer Session program
→ After completion, apply for an official hard copy certificate of course completion
→ Download the “Credit Transfer Application Form for Transfer Students (New Students)” from the Academic Affairs Office (Registration Division) of National Chung Hsing University:

→ Within two weeks after the start of the Fall semester (September 2026), submit the hard copy certificate to the General Education Center of NCHU to apply for credit transfer. Late applications will not be accepted.
→ New students may transfer up to 20 General Education credits. Any credits exceeding this limit will be subject to approval by individual departments.
